Description: Static evaluation and strengthening of a 12-storey RC building complex (circa 1970). Seismic assessment was performed according to the Greek Code on Assessment and Strengthening of Existing Structures (KANEPE). New shear walls were added and fiber polymers were used for the strengthening of structural members. Final & Detail Design.

Description: Existing 3-storey building, composed from 3 structurally independent structures of a total area of 4,000m2. Strengthening was performed via concrete jacketing of the members. Moreover the halls were strengthened by adding new structural steel frames. Detail Design.

Description: Retrofitting of an existing 8-storey RC building built in 1964. The total area of the structure is 15,000m2. Seismic assessment was performed according to the Greek Code on Assessment and Strengthening of Existing Structures (KANEPE). The strengthening scheme used include concrete jacketing and addition of new shear walls. The old foundation was retrofitted raft footing. Final & Detail design.
